Return Policy

MechanicDoctor.com offers a thirty (30) day return guarantee plus a one (1) year Manufacturers' warranty.  If you are not fully satisfied, our customer service department will be happy to assist you.  Please contact them at customerservice@mechanicdoctor.com.  Your business is important to us and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

In regards to returning an item, MechanicDoctor.com will not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Our customer service department, noted above, will provide this number.  Once you are ready to make the return, please include the following inside the return package:

  • RMA Number
  • Your Name
  • Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Item name/description
  • Reason for Return
  • Action to be taken - Exchange, Refund

Please ship item(s) to our Returns Department via USPS (United States Postal Service).  USPS is the only carrier which will deliver to P.O. Boxes.   Please see the following:

  • Please note that claims for loss or damage in shipment must be made to the carrier by the customer.  Please keep the original mailing box which is what is needed for investigation.  Do not send the damage shipment products to us, you need to report the damage to the carrrier and the carrier will investigate.
  • All requests for a refund or replacement authorization must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.  Products authorized for return must be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include all materials, manuals, cds, cables....which was provided by the manufacturer.
  • All retuns for replacements will be tested by our Technical team.  Each item will have a complete diagnostic check.  If the product tests good, you are responsible to pay a $10 service fee plus shipping/handling charges required to re-ship item(s).
