MechanicDoctor.com processes orders within two business days. However, there are cases in which items are mailed out the next business day or even the same day. Shipping turnaround is based on payment arrival. As soon as payment has been received and cleared, items are processed quickly.
P.O. Boxes; APO/FPO Addresses
MechanicDoctor uses UPS as their shipping carrier; however, UPS isn't set up to ship to these locations. If you need item(s) shipped to one if the above addresses, please contact customerservice@mechanicdoctor.com Please state your reason for not being able to ship via UPS. Other arrangements will be made and your item(s) will be shipped via USPS. Rates are subject to change.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages will be returned to us as undeliverable. When this happens, mechanicdoctor.com will notify you of the return. We can either issue a refund or re-ship the item(s). If an item is to be re-shipped, a seperate invoice will be sent requesting payment for additional shipping costs. Please pay the invoice and include the correct shipping address. Once payment has been received and cleared, items will go out within 2 business days.
